True Fan is operated by True Fan, with contact email reports@truefan.online.

True Fan allows creators to create public support pages and receive one-time or monthly support from fans through Stripe.

By using True Fan, you confirm that you are legally allowed to use the service and to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.

Creators are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information they publish on their pages.

Creators must complete onboarding with Stripe before receiving funds.

Payments are processed by Stripe. True Fan does not store full card details.

True Fan charges a platform fee of 10% from creator payments. Additional Stripe fees may apply according to Stripe's own pricing and terms.

Refunds, reversals, and disputes may be handled through Stripe and may affect the creator and/or the platform depending on the payment flow.

Creators are responsible for accurately describing what supporters are paying for and for responding in good faith to supporter issues.

You may not use True Fan for illegal, misleading, fraudulent, abusive, hateful, infringing, or harmful activity, or to violate third-party rights.

Creators are responsible for the content, images, usernames, and text they upload or publish. True Fan may remove content or suspend access if it violates these terms or creates legal or operational risk.

We may suspend or terminate access to True Fan if a user violates these terms, creates risk for the platform, or if we are required to do so by law or by service providers.

True Fan is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
