Payments are processed by Stripe. True Fan does not store full card details. Stripe may process personal and payment-related data according to Stripe's own privacy terms and regulatory obligations.

We may use hosting and infrastructure providers, including Hetzner for server and object storage services, and Stripe for payment processing and connected account onboarding.

Depending on the context, we process data to perform our contract with users, to pursue legitimate interests in operating and securing the platform, and to comply with legal obligations.

We keep data for as long as necessary to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
